Daniel was an absolute pleasure to have as my Nest thermostat installer. I did not have any luck getting this to work on my own and found him through the Nest website. My schedule is pretty crazy but he was able to accommodate my limited time window. He was on time; friendly; courteous; professional; informative and even though my older system provided some challenges, he always had a smile on his face. I couldn't have been more pleased with the service he provided and I guarantee that if I decide to install other Nest products in my home, he will be the first person I call. It is so refreshing to come across such a fine man. Nest should be very proud of this installer.

Daniel provided the best support service I have received in Calgary. We had issues with our chime and transformer and Daniel was able to fix everything and do a clean install of my Nest Hello. He even helped us with configuring everything in the app and also answering questions I had about other nest devices. This is the kind of service any home owner would want to receive. My particular installation project was certainly not straightforward - the existing doorbell system was 30-plus years old, which meant that the wiring, etc. was in poor condition. Despite these challenges, Daniel did a remarkable job of completing the installation in a timely and efficient manner, keeping me up to date with each stage of the project. The end-result was a perfectly working Nest Hello system, with all of the accompanying “bells” and whistles. The reasonable install cost, his professionalism, and his straightforward advice were exceptional, and much appreciated. I would definitely utilize Green Light for any related projects, going forward.

Daniel was friendly, enthusiastic and professional. He was flexible and willing to work within a tight timeline, all while offering fair and competitive prices. I called Daniel on a Monday to troubleshoot my Nest Hello installation, and his direction given over the phone was very helpful. He was able to come by on Wednesday and upgrade existing electrical work to power the Nest Hello. In addition, he was very helpful and patient through the setup of the Nest Hello and the Nest x Yale lock. I would highly recommend Daniel and Green Light Electrical.

I contacted Daniel on the Friday before Christmas as our new Nest doorbell was improperly installed and our doorbell chimes were ringing uncontrollably. Daniel spoke with me on the phone to try and offer assistance and when that wasn’t working he agreed to come over that evening to help. Daniel arrived and made sure everything was in working order. He was prompt and pleasant to deal with. So thankful he was able to help us out with such short notice.

Very competent, knowledgeable and friendly. Clean and fast Installation, giving explanations during the whole process how the Nest works. The Owner of Greenlight is not a guy just doing a job, he keeps following up with me, answers all my Questions and keeps me up to date with new products. If you need a Nest product installed or/plus electrical work done, Greenlight is the place to call!
